Cancellation & Refund Policy

At BattleArena, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our players and participants. Since all our products and services are digital tournament entries, cancellations or refunds are generally not applicable once registration and payment are successfully completed.
Cancellations
Users are not allowed to cancel their tournament entries after payment.
All registrations are final and non-transferable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following condition:
If a transaction error or payment issue occurs due to an administrative or technical fault on our end (for example, duplicate payment or system error).
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during the original transaction.
